By using MWS (Mikhov Work & Speech), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. About the Service

MWS (Mikhov Work & Speech) is an AI-powered multilingual application that provides three AI assistants — a Language Teacher, a Legal Advisor, and an Employment Manager — designed specifically for labor migrants in Europe. The service is operated by Oleg Mikhov (contact: mihov.oleg@gmail.com).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MWS
You must provide accurate information when registering
One account per person

3. Subscription and Payment

MWS offers a monthly subscription at $19.99/month ($0.67/day)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
Early access members receive a special discounted price locked in for life

4. Free Trial

New users may receive a free trial period after the official launch. Trial conditions will be communicated at the time of launch. No credit card is required to join the waitlist.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use MWS for any illegal or harmful purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the AI models or content
Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Overload or disrupt the service infrastructure

6. AI Assistants — Important Disclaimer

MWS AI assistants provide informational assistance only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

The Legal Advisor provides general information, not certified legal advice
Always consult a licensed professional for important legal or medical decisions
MWS is not liable for decisions made based on AI responses

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, AI models, and materials in MWS are the intellectual property of Oleg Mikhov / MWS. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

Conversations with AI assistants remain private and are not used to train models without your explicit consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of MWS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will notify users of planned downtime in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWS is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service
Decisions made based on AI assistant responses
Temporary service interruptions

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at mihov.oleg@gmail.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
